Mr. Sameer Khera is the Managing Director of SEE Linkages Private Ltd. His other corporate positions include Independent Non-Executive Director of Alembic Ltd., Managing Director of Eclipse Global Pvt. Ltd., and a Trustee of SEE Foundation. He graduated with a B. E Mechanical from the MS University of Vadodara and he did his PGD in Manufacturing Management from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Amongst his volunteer activities, he is the Chairperson of the Baroda Citizens Council and a Member of the Community Impact Committee, United Way of Baroda.
Mr. Bhavik Khera is the Managing Director of SEE Linkages Private Ltd. His other corporate positions include Finance Director of Eclipse Global Pvt. Ltd., Managing Director of SEE Buildcon LLP, Founder Trustee of SEE Foundation, Vice Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry, Central Gujarat Zonal Council, Vice President of the Gujarat Employers Association etc. In terms of education, he did his Bachelor’s degree in physics from the Faculty of Science, MS University, a PG Diploma from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology. He is also a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, having undergone the Management Development Program in Business Administration and Management General.
Mr. Ashish Parikh is the COO of SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. He is a Bachelor of Engineering- Mechanical. He is mainly engaged in managing operations, design and implementation of business strategies, plans procedures. He sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth and collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel. He has over 25 years of rich experience of working in the industry.
Mr. Amitkumar Patni is the DGM Supply Chain Management at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. In terms of education he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from the MS University. He has also done his BE Mechanical Engineering from the MS University. He is also a VBLSS Lean Six Sigma certified in ITT, with a Green Belt. He has over 16 years experience in planning, production, sourcing, stores and logistics.
Mr. Minesh Maheta is in charge of the Machine Shop at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. He is a Bachelor of Engineering- Mechanical and he has over the years undertaken several specialized skill development courses. He has over 19 years of rich experience, including Production, Engineering and Development of New products and Assemblies, Production planning, control, Quality Assurance functions in CNC domain and sound knowledge of Machining, Casting etc.
Ms. Nishoo Srivastava is Dy. Manager, Customer Support at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. In terms of education she has done her PG Diploma in Banking and in Import Export. She also is a Masters in Economics from the MS University Vadodara. At SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd., she manages the Customer Interface. She has 18+ years of rich experience in maintaining orderly workflow in keeping with the priority to improve customer experience, keeping accurate records and documenting customer actions and interactions.
Ms. Jayshree Parmar is Dy. Manager – Customer Support at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in Import-Export with 18+ years of experience in Commercial Review, Customer Master Creation, Validating RFQ data, Technical Review, Specifications Review etc
Ms. Gunjan Chandnani is the Manager of Finance & Accounts Department at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant and has 9 years of experience. Her responsibilities include managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, monitoring and producing financial reports or statements, and implementing the best accounting methods, policies, and principles for the company. She analyzes market trends, competitors to develop strategies that minimize financial risks.
Mr. Ketan Parmar is the Head of Quality Control/ Quality Assurance at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. He is a Diploma Mechanical Engineer and has an astounding 22 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. He is responsible for Quality procedures and other quality related activities for continuous improvement.
